Hands on management of design disciplines to deliver design for tender and construction purposes. This can include the design between professionals or sub-contractors.

Visual representation of your timelines and dependancies on gantt charts to determine your critical activities, project time lines, resources requirements and progress. 

Implementation and management of a change management system to ensure your project changes are managed and recorded correctly so your project stays on time and within budget.

Production of accurate periodic reports on your construction project to ensure that you are fully in the picture with respect to design activities, contractors progress, areas of risk and the latest information that is required.

Independent review of your developers or contractors contract to identify risks, irregularities and advise on elements that should be considered and/or included in your contract. This is an item which is often overlooked because there is a sense of trust implied in your dealings with developers or contactors'.
